This Privacy Policy describes how PeerTrove Limited ("PeerTrove", "we", "us") processes personal data when you use our creator platform, community tools, and commerce features. This document is a scaffold pending legal review.

We may collect account, profile, transaction, usage, and support data necessary to operate the platform.

• Identity and contact details (name, email, phone where provided)
• Community membership, course progress, and purchase history
• Payment metadata processed via our payment partners (not full card numbers on PeerTrove)
• Device, log, and security signals for fraud prevention and reliability

We use personal data to provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process payments, deliver notifications, comply with law, and protect the platform.

Creators may collect additional information from their members, buyers, or booking clients. In those cases, the creator is responsible for lawful collection and for providing appropriate notices to their audience. PeerTrove processes such data on the creator's instructions as a processor where applicable.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention schedules will be finalized in the reviewed policy.
