You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Creators must provide accurate business and payout information where required.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify PeerTrove promptly of unauthorized access.

Creators are responsible for their content, communities, pricing, refunds, and compliance with consumer protection, tax, and sector-specific rules applicable to their offerings.

PeerTrove provides tools for digital products, physical goods, bookings, memberships, and campaigns. Transaction terms between creator and buyer may be supplemented by creator policies and applicable law.

Where AI-assisted features are offered, creators must disclose material AI use where required, review outputs for accuracy, and avoid infringing or harmful content. Final published content remains the creator's responsibility.

Payout timing, fees, and supported methods depend on payment partners and creator verification status. PeerTrove may withhold or delay payouts where required for fraud, chargebacks, or legal compliance.

Governing law and dispute resolution provisions will be specified in the reviewed agreement. This scaffold anticipates Ghana as the primary jurisdiction for PeerTrove Limited operations.
